Lenovo engaged DFA ProStudio to increase TrackPoint adoption among ThinkPad users. I worked alongside a team of 6, taking charge of user testing and prototyping solutions for first touch stage: running 30+ sessions, setting up the testing environment, and building three unique solutions across Figma and code. Recommendations are now on the product roadmap. Further project details under NDA.
